Horizon Property Management, LLC, was formed in 2019 out of Gebhart Properties, which brings over 75 years of successful industry-leading development and managerial experience. Located in Cockeysville, Maryland, Horizon is a third-party full service property management company responsible for the operation, control, and oversight of residential and commercial real estate. Horizon currently manages residential and commercial properties across Baltimore County, Carroll County, Baltimore City and is expanding each year.
