Proof of Income (2-4 most recent paystubs; if self, employed: 2 most recent tax returns)
Residential Rent History and Contact Information for Previous Landlords
Married couples may file a joint application, but individual lease holders over the age of 18 must submit separate rental applications. Applicants must meet a combined gross income requirement. Apartment selection and move-in date are based on availability and will not be confirmed until the entire application process is complete.
Upon completion of the application, all materials must be submitted within seven (7) days. Application expires after sixty (60) days. Horizon Property Management does not accept Reusable Tenant Screening Reports from prospective tenants as defined by Maryland Code, Real Property Section 8-218.
