If any resident needs to contact staff during normal business hours please use the following:

Leasing Matters – Call the office (410) 666-2824 or email info@horizonpropertymgmt.com

Maintenance/ 24/7 Emergency Maintenance – Call (410) 501-5149 or submit a work order through the tenant portal. For emergencies please call the service line, do not submit ticket through tenant portal.

Our offices are closed to all but a few members of our staff. All other members of our office staff are working remotely from home, following government guidelines.

 

Please follow government guidelines for social distancing at all times and especially while maintenance technicians are in your apartment. Please follow government guidelines because these guidelines are the key to limiting the spread of this coronavirus. 

 

As a precaution, if any resident has any symptoms related to COVID-19 please notify our office by calling (410) 666-2824 or email info@horizonpropertymgmt.com stating that you have symptoms and list your apartment address/unit number. If you have symptoms, please do not submit any request for maintenance service in your unit unless there is an emergency. In cases of emergency please contact the maintenance call service to request service and notify the call service of your symptoms. Any resident with symptoms should contact your primary care Doctor and avoid contact with other individuals.
