Keith Raynor

Director of Business Development

Keith Raynor is the Director of Business Development for Horizon Property Management. He brings close to ten years of business development expertise to the team and has continuously excelled in creating, nurturing, and growing business opportunities. After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 2010, he began his career in business development with Modular Document Solutions in Tampa, FL. He was recognized as a top performer, was a three-time Presidents Club winner, and was promoted into managing a team of successful account representatives. In 2015, Keith moved back to the Baltimore area with his wife, Amy, and their oldest son. He began a career with SoloProtect and was the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast Regional Business Development Manager. Excelling in his new role, he was the only U.S. employee to be recognized as a Presidents Club winner and U.S. Sales Person of the Year in 2015. He rapidly advanced during his time with SoloProtect and was named U.S. Sales Person of the Year for three more consecutive years before embarking on his journey with Horizon Property Management in January of 2019.

Focusing on his past success and proven methods, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge, excitement, and creativity to Horizon Property Management. With a focus on creating strong long-term relationships and partnerships, he is looking forward to assisting commercial and residential space owners achieve their short-, mid-, and long-term goals and visions with properties.

In his free time, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, and sons, Keith and Weston, hunting, fishing, and hiking. As a family, they enjoy traveling, taking their dogs for walks, and appreciating the many joys that family life has to offer.

Dan Miller

Director of Property Management

Dan Miller is the Director of Property Management for Horizon Property Management. He has worked in the industry for the past 18 years. He started working at Briarcliff Apartments in suburban Cockeysville, Maryland as a lifeguard and pool manager. Soon after, he started working as the Office Manager in the main office of Gebhart Properties while working toward his Business Degree at Towson University, which he received in 2011.

While working as an Office manager, Dan was responsible for several company-wide projects that resulted in approximately $500,000 in savings over a several year period.

Dan was promoted to General Manager of Briarcliff Apartments East, a 600 unit luxury apartment complex in Cockeysville. A year later, he was promoted to Residential Property Manager for all of Gebhart Properties, taking over the management of 852 apartments. In this capacity, Dan has successfully supervised a staff of 30 including maintenance techs, leasing administrators, leasing specialists, punch techs, painters, and porters. He was also in charge of annual budgets in excess of $10 million.

As Property Manager, Dan has been responsible for over $1 million in various improvements throughout the properties. Dan has brought a unique management style to Briarcliff and Gebhart Properties that emphasizes resident service, proactive maintenance, and keeping the property in the best condition possible.

Dan has been named Manager of the Year for Gebhart Properties three times, once in his position as Office Manager, then as General Manager of Briarcliff East, and later as Residential Property Manager for Gebhart Properties.

In his spare time, Dan ran his own restaurant, The Corned Beef Factory, which helped give him a business outlook that emphasizes customer service. It has also given him a unique perspective with respect to property management; he treats the properties as if they were his own.
